We are working with a really exciting firm who are disrupting the insurance market. They want to continue making a change to focus on culture, creativity, and sustainability to fundamentally build businesses the right way
They are looking for a passionate and skilled Midweight Graphic Designer to join the Brand Marketing Team. You will work on ambitious projects and creative campaigns you can really get stuck into.
Roles and Responsibilities of the Graphic Designer:
- Helping to evolve the brand’s visual identity, while acting as a brand guardian to establish and embed consistent creative
- Creating presentations, videos, and campaigns for internal audiences and company milestones
- Working with other teams to deliver creative communication projects
- Taking ownership of multiple design projects and deadlines at once while dealing with stakeholders
- Sharing knowledge and experience with junior team members
- Supporting creative ideation for campaign projects
Required skills for the Graphic Designer:
- Familiar with Adobe Creative Cloud - Illustrator, Indesign and Photoshop - and open to continually learning as technology evolves
- Knowledgeable in video editing, moving image, and animation skills (a bonus but not essential)
- Passionate and invested in building brands and promoting creativity
- Conscientious and a proactive self-starter
- Ambitious, eager to learn, and keen to develop professionally and technically, within a company known for its culture and progressive values
- A team player that is collaborative and approachable
- Creative and comfortable with ideation and experimentation
- Thorough and has excellent attention to detail
