Estimating Administrator

**Job Profile**
Reporting to the Estimating Manager you will:
- Help record and book quotes via our computerized Estimating System.
- Assist in processing orders to our Works Teams.
- Communicate with customers the current status of quotes.
- Produce management reports as requested.
- Build positive and professional relationships with customers, suppliers and subcontractors.
- Timely, accurate and detailed Reporting of all estimating activities to the Estimating Manager/ Managing Director, as requested.
**You will require**
- Good knowledge of general building refurbishment and maintenance.
- Proven administrative experience within an Estimating Environment.
- Organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Verbal and Written Communication skills proven at all levels.
- Customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to work on own initiative and in a team with a strong work ethic.
- IT knowledge of Microsoft Office.
**THIS IS A PART TIME ROLE FROM 9.30AM TO 2.30PM. This will suit anyone who has school duties to work around.**
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25 per week
**Salary**: From £12.00 per hour
