The Role: 

The role of Office Administrator will ensure prompt, efficient administration of the business – including supporting staff in all UK locations and those working at clients’ sites in the UK and abroad. You'll look after all incoming enquiries, that includes phone and email. Good understanding of art working and printing would be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Screen incoming calls & emails

Entering data onto our production system

Occasionally support the estimating team

Deal with internal and external clients

Updating of contact lists

Assist in the maintenance of the business’ ISO accreditations (27001 and 9001)

A big part of the role is financial administration, so an eye for detail and experience of spreadsheets is important. 

Candidate Requirements: 

Super organised

Friendly and helpful

Excellent Attention to Detail

Flexible and able to prioritise a changing to-do list

Detail-oriented and accurate

Trustworthy and reliable

Self-motivated

Articulate and a good communicator

Good with English (verbally and written)

Proficient in using a computer (MS Office & Adobe Suite)

Familiarity with Sage X3 would be an advantage

Able to work in a team

Interest in Graphic Industry

Ideally, 6-12 months experience in a similar role
