- We currently have the post(s) of Compliance and Contracts Officer available.
- The role is to assist the Head of Estates in developing the NML framework and creating standard service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs). The post holder will ensure that our contractors adhere to the agreed SLAs and KPIs, meeting the museums' objectives, and maintaining statutory compliance. Additionally, this role will ensure compliance across the estate including drafting reports for the Head of Estates based on the current compliance level and assisting the Head of Estates in procuring a new Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system.
