The Select Tech Group operates the Select and Blink24 brands in Ireland and the UK. Select is the approved Premium reseller of Apple in Ireland and the UK. We have 29 retail stores across Ireland, England, Scotland and Wales. Our business has a very strong presence in the B2B sector in both the UK and Ireland and in the Education sector in Ireland. We are looking for a full-time Sales Support to join our dynamic and growing Business and Education Sales team in our Exeter HQ, with an immediate start.

Based in our Exeter Office, this role provides excellent scope for an ambitious Sales Support person who will provide efficient and comprehensive customer service and administrative support, acting in a supporting role for both internal and external customer contacts.

As Sales Support, you will build a close working relationship with the Business and Education Sales Leadership team, anticipating and fulfilling needs, including the following confidential aspects of the role, while also being front facing with key customers, ensuring that our service levels and response times are maintained at a high level.

**Responsibilities and Duties**

**These include but are not limited to**:
Quote Processing, Order Processing, Price list management and Report Generation.

Processing customer quotes and orders on a daily basis and ensuring fast response times to customers regards expected ETA.

Liaising with Distribution and Logistics Teams to ensure that customer orders ship in expected timeframe and customer delivery KPIs are achieved.

Sending daily backorder reports to customers with recorded ETA on each item.

Developing relationships with customers to help build trust and increase order sizes and frequency.

Producing weekly/daily suite of reports for Leadership team.

Managing monthly sell through reports of each major account, if required.

Working with Purchasing Team to ensure that items are created efficiently and accurately on SAP.

On receipt of returns back from customers working with Warehouse and Finance to ensure credits are issued efficiently.

Setting up new customers on the system and liaising with finance to ensure credit limit is applied and relevant documentation is recorded.

Available to handle ad-hoc requests from customers and Management.

Participating in the development and streamlining of procedures.

**Skills & Competencies Required**

**The successful individual should have**:
Administration experience in a busy, professional environment

Experience answering calls and assisting in ensuring all enquiries are actioned in a timely manner

Experience with invoicing / order processing

A proven ability to effectively communicate at all levels on a day to day basis and to work in a

fast paced, professional environment

Full proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent written and verbal English

Accuracy and attention to detail

Excellent organisational skills

An ability to work under pressure and to deadlines

An ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Preferred Additional Skills**

Knowledge of Apple products and solutions

Experience with SAP
