We are currently recruiting for an experienced administrator to work for our client based in Nuneaton, on an on-going, temp to perm basis. Our client is looking for someone that will be primarily taking on purchase ordering duties for our company so Xero/Sage knowledge is essential, But there will be other admin duties required as and when.

Role details:

- Working between the finance department and sales processing
- Supplier Ordering
- Purchase Ledger
- Raising purchase orders
- Assisting with projects
- Setting up new project folders
- Liaising with external suppliers/subcontractors

Experience & Qualifications
- High level of assertiveness and the ability to multitask.
- High level of communication and efficiency skills.
- Experience with using electronic document management systems
- Confident telephone skills when dealing with clients and customers.
- Be a real team player.
- Experience in handling sensitive and confidential company information.

Pay: £12.00

Hours: 09:00-14:00, Monday - Friday

12 week temp to perm

This position starts at the beginning of June
