- **PROPERTY DETAILING**:_
- Detailing keeps the property in its best possible condition, especially cosmetic, both inside and out. _
- This involves an ultra-thorough and intensive, step by step cleaning process. This is achieved by removing visible and invisible contaminants from surfaces and fixtures within the property, as well as polishing them to their original blemish-free finish._
- This includes removing all excess and rogue trade deposits - including but not limited to: paint, mastic, glue, plaster, grout, tape, mortar etc._
- Adding detailing to a project at any level will help restore the property’s beauty and protect the client's investment._

**Key duties include, but are not limited to**:

- Meticulous and careful removal of all rogue trade mess. For example, glue, paint, grout, plaster and silicone etc (the list is not exhaustive), using specialist tools, chemicals and equipment
- Identifying the different surface materials in order to safely remove the mess (I.e., wood - treated and non-treated, porous and non-porous tiles etc)
- Safe and delicate removal of protective coverings from window glass, frames, kitchen units etc
- Delicate treatment of glass - from washing to final polishing
- Stain removal, spot treatment and comprehensive carpet and upholstery cleaning

These are just a few examples of key tasks we will require you to do - we will elaborate further at interview stage.

Occasionally you may also be required to assist with our end of tenancy cleaning team so some domestic cleaning experience would be useful but is not essential.

**You will be required to undertake and pass the CSCS operatives test (if you aren’t already certified)**

**This role requires an energetic go-getter with an excellent level of fitness, a very keen eye for detail and methodical approach.**

**This would suit someone who has a passion for perfection, and who is able to think on their feet.**

**No experience needed as full training will be given.**

You may occasionally be required to drive a company van **(manual gearbox) **for your job (on completion of training & probationary period) - **due to the terms of our fleet insurance, you must be an experienced driver over 23 years old**.

A full, preferably clean driving license is required. You must be a confident driver.

Our working day is between 8am and 4pm (excluding travelling time).

Monday - Friday

Overtime/weekend work is available occasionally too.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on some beautiful construction projects and build some great new relationships (both in and out of work), for a forward thinking, vibrant and rapidly expanding company.

We already work with a number reputable developers and clients and are looking to expand further throughout 2024.
