Freightserve recruitment are looking for a Courier Customer Service Agent for Courier company based in the Heathrow area.

PURPOSE OF JOB:

- Customer Service Agent (CSA) will act as a liaison to provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customers’ accounts may face with accuracy and efficiency. Also maintain good working relationship with customers and internal colleagues.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Deal with situations where the customers’ expectations have not been met and achieving an outcome that gives the customer with a positive impression of the Company.
- Dealing with telephone queries.
- Update service level reports for customers.
- Checking the delivery status of shipments using in House Systems.
- Update service level reports for customers.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Ability to work within a team, as well as using own initiative and a "can do" positive attitude.
- Industry knowledge is essential.
- Good communications skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Experience of working in a customer service environment.
- Assist with other Ad-Hoc duties as and when required.
- Good understanding of the English Language (Including communication and written skills)
- Can organise time effectively and stay on top of all queries.

Working hours Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:30
