**The Role**
Work alongside the UK Trading Manager to grow the Castore site by regularly updating the digital platform, constantly looking to improve the customer experience and monitoring of key metrics.
The role is particularly suited to someone with interest or experience in e-Commerce and Visual Merchandising.
**Responsibilities**
- Regular updates to site based on daily trade and activities
- Setting new products live
- Using GA and Shopify Analytics to report on metrics
- Visual Merchandising across site, using our new tool Boost AI Search & Discover
- Troubleshoot issues, and liaise with developers if necessary
- Play an active role in CRO, suggesting ideas to improve customer experience
- Monitoring of our review platform Yotpo, ensuring reviews on site are up to date
**Skills & Qualities**
- Experience in e-Commerce is ideal
- Excellent MS Excel Skills, ideally with experience bulk importing/exporting data
- Shopify and GA experience is ideal
- Setting up trading campaigns
- Basic knowledge of Paid Media, SEO and CRM would be a bonus
