Role Purpose: Reporting to the Trading Manager, this role is responsible for supporting the E-commerce Trading Team through effectively planning, coordinating and executing all on-site content from trade campaigns through to brand and product launches across the pre-determined territories on a day to day basis and where relevant ownership at a global level for key campaigns and promotional events.
We are looking for someone who is a self-starter, collaborative and enjoys a fast paced environment.
A key to success in the role would be someone who is able to effectively manage multi tasks, adaptable to change and someone who is confident to use insights to propose recommendations on current trade activity to maximise performance.
Key Responsibilities: Supporting the Trading Executive and Senior Trading Managers on the day to day trading performance tasks.
Responsible for product publishing.
Responsible for product attribution.
Responsible for BEATUY BAY website maintenance to ensure a flawless customer journey.
Responsible for code creation and maintenance (Training will be provided).
Responsible for undertaking competitor reviews & analysis.
Skills/Experience/Knowledge Needed: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher).
Strong communication skills both written & verbal.
Ability to establish & maintain internal & external colleague relationships.
Ability to work independently as well as a part of a wider team.
Willingness to go above & beyond when necessary to achieve team/business objectives.
Interest in website management & analytics would be advantageous.
