A rare opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Assistant to join their existing team to support them with the processing of their accounts on a day to day basis.
Our client is looking for a responsible and highly organised Accounts Assistant to join their expanding team.Understand what documentation you will need to ensure all the right to work information is correct and that payments go through correctly?
You will be the type of person that can work autonomously and enjoy interacting with internal and external teams to gather any information needed.
**As the Accounts Assistant you will be**:

- Processing invoices and arranging payment
- Processing staff expenses
- Monthly reconciling of bank and credit cards
- Maintaining asset documents
- Assisting in monthly management accounts

**As the Accounts Assistant you will have:

- Experience of working in a similar role
- Familiarity with accounts packages
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills
- Flexibility to adapt to changing demands and multi-tasking skills
