If so, we have an opportunity for a **Digital Trading Executive (Marketplaces)** to join our **Craghoppers Digital** team, here at Basecamp in Urmston, Manchester.

**The Impact you will have in this role is**:

- Support with the execution of the marketplace digital strategy and plan, which contributes to the Craghoppers global digital ambition.
- Monitor and support the brand merchandising teams with the seasonal buys making sure they fall in line with marketplace trading activity
- Contribute to the digital trade plan which drive sales and margin, collaborating with Brand teams on broader brand campaigns and managing the smaller accounts and build the account relationship
- Ensure range plans are tailored to appropriate marketplaces regional markets, to deliver overall brand product mix objectives, working cross-functionally with central Merchandising to maximise availability, sell-through, margin and average order value.
- Ensure clarity of trading objectives and direction, effectively communicated to the wider trading team in order to execute.
- Maintain a close and collaborative working relationship with the brand & product teams, with shared insights and learning.
- Develop a comprehensive knowledge of the Craghoppers brand and support the operations team with the range plan and product upload process.
- Develop knowledge of the Group product range, including division and category specific idiosyncrasies.
- Manage the visual merchandising of their accounts to make the brands have optimum exposure across marketplaces
- Ensure the Operations team are aware of the keywords and USPs with detailed and accurate product description pages
- Ensure compliance and adherence to consumer and data protection policies, managing consumer data and mitigating risk, aligned to the Group’s GDPR strategy and procedures.

**As our future Digital Trading Executive, you will**:

- Be numerate, with experience utilising large & complex data.
- Have digital trading experience in a similar fast-paced commercial environment and industry.
- Have appreciation for consumer-experience, including experience of delivering significant change to drive brand retention.
- Have consideration for the impact of trading decisions on financial outcomes.
- Have experience in complying to General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
- Understand relevant international eCommerce regulations e.g. customs/import tax.

**Systems knowledge**:
Preferable experience across:

- Product & stock management systems e.g. ERP.
- Site merchandising systems e.g. Attract / Fredhopper.
- Digital analytics solutions e.g. Google Analytics (360), Contentsquare.
- Analytics / BI systems e.g. Google Data Studio, Power BI. - Microsoft OneDrive (Excel).
