Voids Coordinator

A highly successful Main Contractor with a portfolio of Social Housing schemes, Affordable homes and Student Accommodation are looking for a Voids Coordinator to join their Winchester based team.

**The Voids Coordinator's role**

The Voids Coordinator will be the main point of contact for all voids related queries from client and sub-contractors, obtain quotations and use the void management system efficiently. They should be confident liaising with internal and external stakeholders,including subcontractors, clients, energy suppliers and more.

The Voids Coordinator will report to the Voids Supervisor in the Winchester office and will need to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills at all times, operating in line with the company values.

**The Voids Coordinator**
- Previous experience in a coordinator role essential
- Administration experience essential
- Experience in a voids coordinator role preferrable
- Qualification in business administration preferrable
- IT Literate - Microsoft Office, Outlook, Etc
- Experience with social housing preferrable
- Repairs knowledge preferrable
- Full valid UK driving license
- Willing to commute across the LOCATION
