**Job summary**:
An exciting opportunity has become available within our 'one touch' People Advisory Service Team.

We are looking for 3 talented HR professionals to join the Team, for 37.5 hours per week on a fixed term basis. In return we are able to offer flexible working; attending the office on a rota basis at least 3-4 days per week (working from home 1-2 days per week).

The People Advisor will act as a first point of contact for all HR queries across the Trust, including complex recruitment issues, employee relations, Medical and Dental and Agenda for Change terms and conditions and Trust HR Policies and Procedures. On occasion, there will be an expectation that the People Advisor carry a small caseload of formal investigations relating to People matters, such as: disciplinary, grievance, bullying and harassment and performance improvement, with a focus on early intervention and informal resolution where appropriate.

**Main duties, tasks & skills required**:
To provide first line, expert advice and guidance on all HR policies and procedures and terms and conditions of employment for all categories of staff, as well as associated post-employment issues in line with Employment Law and best practice with a focus on enabling positive and sustained solutions.

To contribute and support the Team Leader and People Manager on the delivery and achievement of the Trust's key performance indicators.

To provide routine reports identifying activity within own area of work, analysing trends and hotspot areas for proactive intervention.

To contribute towards the ongoing development of the People website, enhancing the provision of resources, tools, advice and guidance for staff and managers for routine HR enquiries.

To contribute towards ongoing service improvement as required.

- Experience of preparing, analysing and presenting case reports
