Focus on creating new business and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Generate viewings, market appraisals and referrals for all Ocean services. Demonstrate expert local market knowledge, offer the best advice and support to all customers throughout their moving journey. Ensure positive customer feedback.

Be customer-focused, ensure effective use of all tools & resources to ensure an exceptional customer experience

Effective time management and organisational skills

Excellent communication skills

Ability to use initiative to ensure efficiency, productivity and sales generation

Ability to motivate self and contribute to a team

A UK drivers licence.

Salary - £18,500 basic plus commissions, OTE is 32k

Ocean Estate Agents are Bristol’s largest independent estate agent with over 40 years on the high street from Clifton to Bradley Stoke, Southville to Shirehampton.

**Salary**: £18,500.00-£30,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:
