**Compensation**: £22k - £32k (DOE) + Uncapped Commission (First-year OTE £40,000-£50,000) + Benefits

If so, this opportunity might be perfect for you We are currently seeking a Trainee Negotiator to join our sales team based in Bristol City Centre.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Learn and implement negotiation strategies to achieve favourable outcomes for both the company and clients.
- Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and rapport-building techniques.
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities for business growth.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and optimise sales performance.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge in sales and negotiation techniques.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and developments to remain competitive in the market.

**Requirements**:

- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Eagerness to learn and develop new skills.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to take on challenges.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
