Acquisition Fundraiser: Individual Supporters NSPCC

The **Fundraiser - Acquisition,** will also be part of the Individual Supporters department, which is responsible for the largest single source of income for the NSPCC. The Acquisition and Products team sits within the Individual Supporters department and is responsible for recruitment, management, and innovation across the ways in which individual supporters can give.

**Job Purpose**
- To lead on delivery of fortnightly, and monthly desk research-based sector insight reports to support Senior Fundraisers and Fundraising Managers in the delivery of the Individual Giving Strategy
- To help in developing and documenting processes with ensure our campaigns are delivered to the highest standard
- To support the Acquisition and Supporter Development teams, in the deployment of campaigns which promote our cause and products to new and existing supporters
- To work effectively with other departments in communications, fundraising and other functions within the NSPCC to maximise income for children

**Person specification**
- Have good written and verbal communication skills, which will be used to communicate complex information re projects and processes to a range of stakeholders
- Ability to collate numerical and financial data from various sources, and present insights in an easily digestible format
- Have good time management skills and with support from their line manager, work to deadlines for multiple products, projects, and campaigns.
- Ability to maintain good relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Be able work both individually, with the Fundraising Manager and as part of the team - working in both leading and supporting project tasks as necessary
- Proven ability to think creatively and innovatively both in solving problems, project management and in the development of marketing campaigns
- Experience of working in a customer led environment such as fundraising, sales or marketing, thus ensuring that all supporters engaging with our marketing receive the highest levels of customer service.
