Recruitment Administrator

**What you will do**
- Undertaking administrative activity in support of core recruitment processes which primarily includes posting and managing recruitment adverts, arranging interviews, managing the shared Recruitment Team inbox and providing ad-hoc support on a range of recruitment led initiatives.
- Developing good working relationships with Recruitment Advisors, HR Business Partners, members of the HR Service Desk and key operational clients of the Shared Service Centre.
- Proactively suggesting changes to procedures, documentation and standard letters where appropriate.
- Ensuring that HR/recruitment systems are updated accurately and in a timely manner in line with the Firm's data security protocols.
**Who you are**
This could be a great entry role into Recruitment for someone with administration experience or who is passionate about working in this area, ideally you will have.
- Previous HR/Recruitment administration experience but that not essential, general administration experience would also be advantageous.
- A client service focused approach with an excellent eye for detail and a care for quality and accuracy.
- Experience of working in a fast pace and high volume environment.
- Experience of diary management and applicant tracking systems would also be advantageous.
- Demonstrates alignment with the Firm’s Cultural Principles (Clear, Creative, Determined and Supportive).
