**We are looking for a motivated Patient Services Team Leader to work in a busy NHS GP Surgery, taking calls from patients and navigating their care.**

**This is a Full Time Post 37.5 over Monday to Friday working various shifts (early and lates)**
- **Previous experience of working within a NHS GP Practice or an administrative supervisory role with line management responsibilities is a MUST for this role. **_

Fixed Term Contract of 1 year with the possibility of extension to expand the team.

We are operating a total triage model of managing our patient population which means our trained and dedicated care navigators are responsible for answering calls and running the switchboard. Responsible for navigating the calls and taking a history from patients to allow the medical team to triage the call.

To be responsible for the efficient management and direction of the Patient Services Team, ensuring all duties are performed effectively and to the required standard in the required timeframe, making sure that they meet the objectives of the practice. To support the Practice Manager in promoting ED&I, Confidentiality and QCI. To support the team in training, learning and development and any other duties as directed by the management. To be a role model and a leader to your team, to promote the high standard of the TWHS and our ethos. You will need to support the management team in order to deliver exceptional care to our patient population.
