**Role Purpose**
As an Agile Delivery Lead, you will play a pivotal role in enabling teams to understand and embrace Agile practices, particularly the Scrum framework. Your focus will be on empowering teams to deliver high-quality software solutions while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and stakeholder support. Experience in data project delivery, especially data warehouse projects, will be highly valuable.

**What You'll Do**
- Facilitate the adoption and implementation of Scrum and empirical product development practices.
- Serve as the process owner for the team, maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of relentless improvement, where problems are openly discussed and solutions are found without blame.
- Drive productive discussions, effective decision-making, and conflict resolution.
- Encourage transparent communication and build strong relationships, both within and outside the team.
- Improve productivity, frequency, and quality of deliverables through continuous refinement and Agile maturity.
- Coach team members and leaders to higher levels of Scrum maturity at a sustainable pace.
- Support and educate the Product Owner in refining and managing the strategic product backlog.

**Skills & Experience**
- Extensive experience in Agile development environments, including methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and SAFe.
- Proven ability to influence and guide teams to improve workflow, productivity, and innovation.
- Strong familiarity with software development technologies, particularly the Microsoft stack, Azure DevOps, Git, and automation mechanisms.
- Experience in data project delivery, with a focus on data warehouse projects.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, effectively communicating with stakeholders of varying backgrounds.
- Track record of delivering complex software solutions.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills for explaining development processes and documenting procedures.
