My client and I are seeking an enthusiastic and collaborative Programme Manager to deliver the on-boarding of managed services. You'll be working with the Procurement and Vendor Management team, Support and Testing Heads and C-level stakeholders. With sucha large-scale programme of work, your ability to anticipate issues, proactively communicate, ensure clear mitigation to risk and understand and manage dependencies is critical. **Key Tasks & Responsibilities** (duties include but are not limited to the following)
- Plan, track and deliver: Working closely with Procurement and Vendor Management team and the Support and Testing Heads to on-board a support and testing managed service.
- Communications and Stakeholder Management - Ensure stakeholder interests are identified and addressed. Build consensus across a large and often diverse group of stakeholders and develop strategic relationships with internal and external suppliers.
- Realise Outcomes: Keeping a sharp focus on the delivery of strategic, customer and financial outcomes linked to the agreed contract.
- Own Delivery: Driving the delivery of multiple complex transformational and cross-functional change initiatives in support of our business strategy and plan.
- Manage Risks: Surfacing and resolving risks and dependencies so that we achieve a clear path to delivery.
- Dependency Management - Maintain robust dependency management, working with senior stakeholders to avoid or resolve issues.
- Capacity and Capability for Change: Building and guiding the direct and assigned teams, ensuring we have the capability and capacity we need to deliver and make a sustained, positive impact.
- Build and maintain working relationships with technology and business leaders, team members, vendors, and other departments impacted by the project.
- Prepare and communicate weekly/monthly project progress/status reports for Management review
- Coordinate across functions to drive project objectives.

**Experience & Skills Required**
- You'll bring experience of designing, owning and delivering large scale projects.
- On-boarding vendor managed services desirable but not essential.
- Proven experience of providing strategic and technical leadership to large complex organisations
- Knowledge of the contemporary digital landscape of organisations and experience of bringing leading technology and process optimisation practices to an organisation to drive sustainable improvements in business performance
- Experience of working at Senior Manager level in a large complex organisation leading on digital and information services
- You'll have a recognised Project management qualification, experience of robustly managing large budgets and have built processes and people teams to deliver digital change and transformation for the future
- Experience in Confluence and Smartsheet is desirable
