**Are you an experienced Administrator, used to juggling multiple priorities while keeping your cool? Would you like to work in a friendly, rewarding environment? Come and put your skills to use at a charity supporting people with learning disabilities.**
You will be based at our office in Shrewsbury, providing administrative support to our services across Shropshire. This is a varied role in a fast-paced, fun environment. You will be keeping records for the people we support, updating training records for staff, and have extensive involvement with recruitment. You will be key to keeping this busy office running effectively.
This is a part
- time role, 22.5 hours a week, worked across three days Monday
- Wednesday.
**About you**
You must be an experienced Administrator able to:
- Work on your own initiative as well as being part of a team
- Be well organised and able to prioritise
- Have great attention to detail
- Work well under pressure
- Have excellent IT skills, including MS Office and ideally experience of online databases and management information systems
- Willingness to learn new systems
- Must be a driver
- Ideally a Diploma in Level 3 Business administration, although this is not essential.
