You work in Mondelēz International Business Services and perform administrative duties to support an impeccable service experience. In addition, you ensure that processes are adhered to and documented.

**How you will contribute**

You will be responsible for the daily administration and operational support for processes in your area of responsibility, ensuring that deadlines are met and service quality is delivered. To excel in this role, you will also ensure that activities are completed in compliance with standard operating procedures and legal requirements, including data privacy considerations. You will also work with other team members to ensure that end-to-end processes are efficient and accurate, including data input and maintenance, that access requests and issues are handled promptly, and that continuous improvement opportunities are identified and acted on.

**What you need to know about this position**:
**This position is based in a busy Shared Service Centre in Bournville, Birmingham and will provide virtual support to onshore customers across a variety of markets in Europe. This role will become an expert in our core processes and work flexibly across our different workstreams to support where we have the highest demand. The role involves day to day people administration activities, including but not limited to: Leavers, leave of absence, preparing internal offer and internal compensation proposals, employee data changes and data entry, handling employee queries, process improvement and continuous improvement projects.**

- **The successful person should have good problem solving skills, excellent attention to detail, be able to prioritise their work and enjoy working in a busy, fast paced environment, whilst juggling speed and accuracy.**:

- **Comfortable in dealing with ambiguity, with the ability to pick up new processes and systems with ease.**:

- **HR or Customer Service experience is desired but not essential.**

**Job specific requirements: Must have fluent written and spoken Norwegian or Swedish**

**Work schedule: Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days remote working)**
