London, United Kingdom Bioscript Group Full time

**Team, Respect, Ownership, Quality, Continuous Improvement**
Do these values resonate with you? As part of our ambitious expansion, we are looking for Scientific Associates to join our successful team. As part of our Pioneer intake, you will have the opportunity to explore our business and develop the skills you’ll need to build an exciting career within the Bioscript Group.

About Bioscript
Bioscript Group delivers global healthcare communications for international pharmaceutical company clients across multiple therapy areas. Established in 2005, Bioscript has developed an outstanding reputation as a high-quality strategic partner, providing support with regulatory writing at all stages of drug development, clinical publications, medical education, market access strategy and commercialisation. We work collaboratively across functions and capabilities, sharing ideas and outputs to inform each other’s work and to learn from each other’s experience, providing many opportunities for personal and professional development.

The Role
Our Pioneer programme gives our Scientific Associates the opportunity to work in different areas of the business, learning about each and gaining a truly broad perspective of the industry. With support from senior team members throughout, you undertake four four-month rotations, where you will have responsibility for specific project deliverables, managing the operational and scientific aspects of those deliverables as required, including:

- Researching and understanding client briefings and issues.
- Taking responsibility for the delivery of specific projects across designated accounts and ensuring the development of clear, accurate, grammatically correct written work to meet the project/client brief, timelines and budget
- Developing a working knowledge of different areas of Bioscript and the work involved in those areas.

**Requirements**:

- A strong scientific background, including a minimum of a BSc (or equivalent) at 2:1 in the biological or medical sciences; a higher-level degree (e.g., MSc or PhD) would be advantageous
- Evidence of a strong interest in healthcare communications
- A good working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint, including format and presentation within written documents
- An understanding of what healthcare communications is and the differing areas of medical writing, regulatory writing and market access/value communications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, showing attention to detail, accurate articulation of ideas, and appreciation to structure and flow.

Why Bioscript?
- We take pride and ownership in the quality of our work
- We have a genuine focus on employee well-being
- We offer a friendly, supportive and engaging environment in which individuals can thrive.

How do I apply?
If you think you fit the criteria to join Pioneer, then we’d love to hear from you. You will need to submit a detailed CV and a covering letter that explains in no more than 500 words why you think you would excel as a Scientific Associate.
