JOur client is an independent firm of chartered accountants located on the outskirts of Glasgow. They offer business and personal accountancy services to clients in Scotland and the north of England. The company has a strong reputation in the market and prides itself on providing high-quality, personalised services. They are currently looking for an experienced Bookkeeper/Payroll Administrator to join their team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintaining the bookkeeping records.
- Processing payroll.
- Posting journals.
- Submitting VAT returns.
- General administrative duties.

**What we expect from the Successful Applicant**
- Previous experience with bookkeeping/payroll software (such as Sage Line 50, Xero)
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication skills written and verbal.
- The ability to meet deadlines, prioritise tasks, work independently and in a team.
