Our Contact Sales Agents will proudly solve, retain and sell relevant services through effortless experience, keeping our customers’ homes and businesses safe, warm and working whilst driving our growth. We have roles available on our Home Installations outbound dialling team.

You will be working 37 hours per week and the shifts available are:

- Between the hours of 9am-7pm Monday to Friday (no weekend working and a Friday early finish) on a 2-week rotational shift pattern
- **This outbound role attracts a fantastic commission scheme - £12k OTE per annum (300% cap)**

**Accountabilities**:

- Increase growth by promoting a free no obligation quotation for a new boiler installation and follow up on previous quotes to encourage customers to continue their journey
- Identify and understand customer needs in order to provide a consistently high-quality service
- Provide accurate information on products and services to ensure consistency across the organisation and provide a reliable and trustworthy customer service driving positive Net Promoter Score.
- Deliver customer outcomes that meet British Gas values and our commitment to treating customers fairly
- Deliver on operational KPI’s including sales and conduct
- Demonstrate effective behaviours

**The Person**:

- Ability to build effective customer relationship - both internal and external
- Product promotion and sales closure skills
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate in a clear and concise manner
- Demonstrate positivity and enthusiasm about new and/or challenging tasks
- Ability to perform in a regulated sales environment
- Inbound and Outbound capability to support commercial and customer needs
- Ability to adapt to varying customer demand across various channels including voice, chat and text.
- Displays an ongoing commitment to learning and self-improvement
