We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Quality Coordinator to join our team in our Nottingham Office. The purpose of the role is to support our Project team to ensure the procedures, and services comply with the regulatory and quality standards.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Supporting the delivery of contract, business unit and quality action plans.
- Undertaking quality audits of work practices.
- Managing project defects.
- Compiling and Managing handover packs to the client.
- Assessing and analysing quality data supplied by site teams.
- Creation and issuing of work packs.
- Monitoring quality performance.
- Integrating with other functions to assist where required.
- Management of NCR process.
- Support and facilitate quality management planning (including contract quality plans and industry specific plans.
- Supporting quality related improvement initiatives.
- Supporting quality related training to equip the business with the skills to drive improvements in quality performance.
- Support contracts to ensure they are compliant with contract specific requirements.
- Ensure a continued focus on the business SHEQ targets and inactivates.
- Support the business unit external accreditation process (including ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001 and industry licenses) to ensure it can operate in its chosen sector.

**Skills and Experience**:

- An understanding and commitment to Quality Management.
- Coaching skills.
- Ability to nurture strong relationships with delivery teams and project managers.
- Either a CQI Practitioner or willing to work towards practitioner status.
- Competent user of modern office computer systems e.g., Microsoft Office.
