We are currently recruiting for an Estimator to join a prestigious company that offer aluminium windows, doors, curtain walling and PVC-U windows. They offer a design, supply and installation service within refurbishment and new build projects.

The suitable Estimator will have previous experience working within a specialist sub-contractor, ideally with products such as glazing, architectural glass, windows, doors or curtain walling. Typical project values range between £100k - £1.5m.

**Estimator Position Overview**
- Reviewing tender documentation & printing details/specifications/drawings
- Generating Tender Queries
- Liaising with manufacturers and suppliers to obtain project costings
- Liaising with Contractors/Architects
- Liaising with other team members where required

**Estimator Position Requirements**
- Computer literate: Excel, Word, PDF, Outlook
- Good communication skills
- Estimating experience, ideally within a façade contractor
- Knowledge of construction products such as, glass, glazing, partitioning, steelwork, doors, acoustics, fire performances etc.
- Company use aluminium systems such as Reynaers and Seniors (similar systems knowledge would be hugely beneficial)
