**Permanent - Full Time - 37 hours per week**

37 hours per week (flexible working hours)

£27,530 full time (FTE salary - rising to £28,840 after successful probationary period)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking Property Sales & Lettings Advisor for our fast-paced Retirement Living Property Sales & Lettings team who deal with all aspects of sales and lettings from initial enquiry to key release. This is an interestingand varied role which will have involvement in each step of the customer journey.

The Sales and Lettings Advisor will report to the Sales and Lettings Manager and will be responsible for sales and lettings enquiries within their allocated schemes including:

- To promote all tenures in our property portfolio and assist in providing a professional estate agency service to MHA and ensure quality customer care.
- Facilitate customer appointments and act as personal contact to all potential purchasers and tenants, following up leads, maintaining interest and seeking to overcome any obstacles to purchase.
- Secure Reservations in accordance with MHA sales procedures, guidelines and timescales.
- Ensure the customer qualifying process for accommodation is maintained in accordance with policies and procedures
- Complete all reservation processes and reports, as required in a timely and professional manner
- Progress all reservations with MHA solicitors and ensure that the customer's related sale is on track to ensure timely completion of the new property.
- Attend Open Day Events which will include travel and overnight stay.

**Essential Skills and Experience**
- GCSE (Grade A-C) in English and Maths
- Experience in property sales and lettings
- Excellent telephone skills with the ability to communicate effectively, confidently and professionally.
- Highly IT literate, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office (to include Excel).
- Strong organisation and planning skills and ability to prioritise competing demands
- Driving Licence with access to own vehicle
