**About the school**

The Twyford Trust comprises four schools - Twyford CE High School (Acton), William Perkin CE High School (Greenford), Ada Lovelace CE High School (Central Ealing) and Ealing Fields High School (South Ealing). **About you**

We are looking to appoint a **Learning Mentor** to ensure outstanding outcomes (no in school variation) for disadvantaged (as defined by the Pupil Premium identifier) students who are ‘at risk’ according to school indicators of progress and progression* and to ensure outstanding outcomes (no in school variation) for children who are looked after or previously looked after. To support in running a reflective space for students to regulate their behaviour, delivering mentoring services to identified students, which includes 1:1 and group work. The role will provide mentoring to students, complementary to existing teachers and pastoral staff in School, addressing the needs of students who need support to overcome barriers to learning, both inside and outside School to achieve their full potential. Working closely with the Head of Inclusion you will also support the co-ordination other mentoring and counselling services provided by the school.

Previous experience in supporting at-risk students, and experience and understanding of teenage children and mental health, is essential for this role. For more details about the role please see the job description.
