This full-time role is an excellent opportunity for individuals committed to supporting the behavioral and emotional development of students.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide tailored support to students with challenging behaviors, helping them manage and improve their conduct.
Work closely with teachers and the SENCo to develop and implement effective behavior management strategies.
Conduct one-to-one and small group mentoring sessions to address individual student needs.
Assist in creating a safe and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and supported.
Monitor and record student progress, providing regular feedback to teachers and parents.
Encourage positive behavior and promote social and emotional well-being.Requirements:
Previous experience working with children in an educational setting, particularly with behavioral challenges.
Strong understanding of behavior management techniques and strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
Patience, empathy, and resilience.
