Implementation Manager
Leeds (Hybrid 1-2 days in office)
6 months with scope to extend
PAY RATE: Circa £500 - £600 per day, inside IR35
Our client has a mission to build the bank of the future, and they need your help to do it Continuing their extensive transformation Programme, they are redefining what a bank is from the inside out.

About the role:
As the Bambi Implementation Manager you'll be responsible for working with the feature teams across the Bambi programme to design how to release the new customer capabilities they have developed and tested to production. You will co-ordinate with release teamsacross the bank to create release plans and then manage the execution of those release plans through those release teams.
You will achieve this by creating an environment in which people can bring out the best in themselves. You'll focus on collaboration to facilitate the success of others, bringing energy and passion to inspire the team.
Your decisions will help drive the realisation of our vision of a Digital first General Insurer that offers an unrivalled customer experience, and a General Insurance Platform that is at the vanguard of delivering data and digital led transformations as partof the UK's largest Digital Bank.

The skills we're looking for:

- Experience of release management and implementation management
- Experience of planning within a Transformation Programmes
- Experience of delivering plans to time cost and quality
- Delivering through others without direct line management authority
- Managing digital transformation programmes
- Managing in a Cloud Services environment
- Experience of Release Management and Service Introduction
