**Your role**
- As a Global Medical Information Associate, you will have the unique opportunity to work alongside a dynamic and diverse team of experts, collaborating to provide crucial medical insights and support to our global network. You will provide timely, high quality and accurate scientific Medical Information to LEO Pharma affiliates, the Outsourcing Partner and Global personnel.
You will ensure compliance and quality in all aspects of the role and will have the following key responsibilities:

- Respond promptly and professionally to escalated medical inquiries from from LEO Pharma Affiliates, our Outsourcing Partner, Partner Markets and other global colleagues where responses are not available in the GMI Database.
- Create, manage, and maintain standard response documentation for allocated products. All such documentation should be always Authority Inspection and Audit ready.
- The main point of contact for allocated Affiliates for all Medical Information matters and actioning all requests to a high standard.
- Track and monitor GMI KPIs and Metrics.
- Maintain and keep up to date GMI QMS documents, including the department tracker and the wider GMI GxP documentation, making sure it is always Inspection and Audit ready.

**This is a hybrid role with 2 days per week in our UK head office in Maidenhead and up to 3 days per week working from home.**

**Your qualifications**
- To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications:

- Scientific Degree level or equivalent
- Experience working in Medical Information within the Pharmaceutical industry or for a Medical Information vendor
- A strong and high level of scientific knowledge to be able to analyse data from all types of published and non-published sources
- Proven technical/scientific writing skills and communication
- In-depth knowledge and efficiency in Medical Information systems, Word, Excel, PowerPoint

This role will form part of a small GMI Hub directly reporting to a Global Medical Information Team Manager.
