**Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role**:
With experience working in a health or social care setting, you will have an upbeat positive manner, as well as having a genuine passion for supporting people to become a part of their local and wider community.

You will also have experience working with people supported who present behaviours that require intensive support planning and management to ensure their safety and quality of life at all times.

In addition you will be comfortable using basic IT systems that are required within the role - training can be offered to support this area. **You will also hold a professional qualification in Health and Social Care, i.e. Nurse, Social Worker, SVQ Level 3 plus supervisory units (Scotland) / Care Management Level 3 (England).**

Our ages range between 29 and 40 we all have similar needs, but we are all very different people.

We all are very mobile and have full capacity, we all have different challenges such as Autism, Asperger's and learning disabilities we just need a little support day to day. We have staff that are trained to meet our needs and fully support us in all areas of our lives.

- We enjoy outdoor activities such as walking, the Gym and various shared interest groups. Our other interests include listening to music, gaming, visiting the local shopping centre, eating out, going to the theatre and maybe a beer in town.

- We would not enjoy spending time with people who are pushy, bossy or don’t listen as this could upset our lives.
