Client Services Team, Leading Legal Tech Company: Digital Transcription Coordinator/Administrator

Starting salary £25k**

Our client, a global leader in the Legal Tech space, is looking for a bright and engaging individual to join their team.

This is a client facing role, where you’ll be working as part of a team, responsible for the smooth and efficient management of transcription orders, from the point of the customer's initial query through to transcript production and invoicing.

To be considered you must possess strong interpersonal skills, be proactive, detail orientated and computer literate. An interest in technology and the legal sector are essential.

**Responsibilities**:

- Providing and negotiating transcription quotes to clients.
- Reviewing transcription orders, inputting the information on the database and requesting further information where necessary.
- Regular diary management of caseload.
- Liaising with the court in relation to requests for the audio recording of the relevant court hearing.
- Checking content and quality of audio recording.
- Liaising with clients on non-court related recordings, including request for further information and payment requests.
- Updating the database as the case progresses

Person Specification
- Minimum 1 year experience in a client facing office-based role.
- Detail orientated.
- The ability to communicate, verbally and in writing, with a diverse range of people at all levels (communication skills).
- Ability to work within and meet strict service levels (time management).
- Ability to prioritise and work independently (prioritisation).
- Commitment and ability to work with those within own team and to collaborate, where necessary, with other areas of the business (teamwork).
- A record of maintaining high quality standards in area of work (quality management).
- Knowledge of the legal industry and the court process is desirable but not essential (industry knowledge).

Desirable
- University degree.
- Experience working in a professional, client-facing administration role, preferable in the legal or technology industries.

Hours: 9am - 5.30pm. Hybrid working arrangements.
