Our client is a leader in cleaning and facilities management services. Reporting directly to the Head of Operations and Services Ireland/UK, this senior position has overall responsibility for the management of the Company's operations in the UK.
You will lead and motivate a diverse operational team to deliver strategic goals, instilling the Company vision to deliver reassurance and confidence to ensure client retention.
You will lead excellence in client service, drive the required changes to deliver high service levels while ensuring operational soft services are delivered consistently in line with client expectation, and within budget.
This role is offered on a hybrid basis with the expectation that you will be mobile, meeting clients, conducting site visits and working from home on average 1-2 days per week.
Duties and Responsibilities:

- Manage a wide range of client relationships at a senior level
- Visit client sites in the UK, ensuring cleaning and general services are delivered as contracted and budgeted.
- Provide leadership and motivation to, and oversee the development of, the operational management team.
- Lead effective communications and offsite strategic meetings with area management teams
- Quarterly Business Review documentation, KPI reporting, CRM, and Clean Telligent reporting in accordance with defined client management plans to promote efficiency and service excellence.
- Ensure that budget targets are achieved
- Management and delivery of contract mobilisation and projects from project planning, timelines, stakeholder management and delegation of tasks.
- Identify and implement acceleration initiatives
- Build close inter-departmental relationships with a one team mindset
- Work closely with our procurement department to ensure that innovative solutions are being presented to clients.
- Assist the Head of Operations & Services Ireland/UK with maximising value for operational budgets
- Performance manage 3rd party contracted service providers and ensure adherence to the purchasing policy and code of business conduct
- Smart planning of operational execution, mínimal disruption to the business
- Liaise with the commercial team to explore new business opportunities both with existing and potential clients
- Deliver and measure the Company's governance obligations with operations teams
- Drive the innovation and sustainable strategy to ensure we are market leaders
- Support the development of internal and client KPI measures and systems
- Solution orientated and results driven with ability to support tactical delivery of business objectives

**Experience**:

- Minimum 5 Years of prior Cleaning Operations or Facilities Management experience
- Experience in a similar senior role managing a diverse and geographically spread workforce
- A proven track record of strong leadership to drive and develop Operations team performance
- Experience at managing challenging budgets
Accreditations/Licences:

- IWFM Membership Desired
- IOSH Accredited Desired
- Full UK driving licence Essential
