**Salary: OTE £70k**

**Position: Permanent - Full Time**

**Lettings Director**: A widely respected independent Estate Agency with local offices in the West & South West London area are seeking a high calibre **Lettings Director** to run their offices in the **Egham, TW20area.**

You will be managing the Lettings side of the business and be responsible for ensuring the growth and development of the branch.

You will need to have a thorough understanding of the latest legislations and be an influential leader with an ability to operate at both operational and strategic levels and have an innate sense of positivity and drive.

You will be a skilled business winner, a mentor and a motivator. If you live in the local area, that would be a bonus

**Skills: The skills required for this Lettings Director will include**:

- Significant experience in Residential Lettings
- Held a Senior Managerial level position within the industry
- Extensive business development background in Residential Lettings
- Written and implemented exciting sales and marketing strategies
- Excellent track record of success
- Strong Leader
- ARLA preferred
- Full Driving License essential
- Thoroughly professional approach to Residential Lettings
- A great instruction winner and business developer
