Senior Legal Recruitment Consultant - Interim

**Salary**: DOE + guarantee

Location: Central London

I’m looking for an experienced legal interim recruiter to join a growing team in a very reputable firm.

Established around 40 years ago, my client is the world’s leading legal search firm; with around 200 consultants of which 50% are female and 26 offices globally. They’ve won awards for being the ‘Best National Legal recruiter’ consecutively for many years

They specialise in Associate, Partner, In-House, Law Firm Management, Interim and advisory areas; partnering with top tier US firms. Their minimum fee is $50,000 and primarily work exclusive and retained

From day 1 your career progression is clearly defined in regard to performance and values. They’ve created a hardworking and high performing environment with average billings of around £500,000, receiving commission on everything you bill.
- Graduated with a 1st or 2:1 from a top university
- 4 years + experience in either legal or recruitment (interim preferred)
- History of successful sales exposure or legal sales
- Track history of success in your role
- Leadership/managerial skills desirable
- Excellent analytical and written communication skills
