We are seeking friendly and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Waiters/Waitresses. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our guests by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a positive dining experience. Whether you're greeting guests with a smile, recommending menu items, or promptly attending to their needs, you'll contribute to creating memorable moments for our patrons.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Present menus and provide recommendations to guests based on their preferences and dietary restrictions.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests.
- Relay orders to the kitchen and bar staff and ensure timely delivery of meals and drinks to guests.
- Check in with guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or special requests.
- Anticipate guests' needs and provide attentive service to enhance their dining experience.
- Process guest payments accurately and efficiently, including handling cash and processing credit card transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including clearing tables, resetting utensils, and cleaning spills.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations and uphold quality standards.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations to ensure the health and safety of guests and staff.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in a waiter/waitress or food service role, is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Basic math skills for processing payments and handling cash transactions.
- Knowledge of food and beverage menus and the ability to make recommendations to guests.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
