Clinical Lecturer in Primary Care Dentistry

Full and part-time opportunities are available for enthusiastic and motivated Dentists and Dental Therapists interested in joining the school as a Lecturer (Clinical) in Primary Care Dentistry. Appointees may have a Teaching & Scholarship or Teaching & Research focus, depending upon experience and aptitude. The posts will be based at Liverpool University Dental Hospital (LUDH). Duties will include planning and delivery of teaching, the supervision and clinical training (limited to the relevant scope of practice) of undergraduate students undertaking primary-care level patient management of adults and/or children, student assessment, and administration. You will be expected to contribute to the provision of an excellent student experience, particularly through academic advising. You will engage in research and/or scholarship, contributing to the School¿s research strategy and educational innovation. You will have the opportunity to maintain your clinical skills and you will be provided with every support to develop your career as an academic. You should be fully registered with the GDC.
