A key part of the service we provide to our Clients, is the production of informative, engaging documents, used to aid the buying / selling process, this is called an Information Memorandum. They are designed to give potential buyers a factual account of the business and enable them to make an informed decision about whether to proceed with the purchase. Your role will be to create an informative document, representing the facts, working with the Client to ensure their satisfaction. We work to impeccably high standards and the marketing material we produce is of a high quality - something we would look for this person to replicate in any document they produce.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Interpreting information provided by clients and, if necessary, conducting independent research into the business and its sector
- Collating that information into flawless and informative copy
- Putting the Information Memorandum together, including any design work

**Experience required**:
No previous experience or qualifications are required for this role, however we would be particularly interested in speaking to those with experience / qualifications in Creative Writing, English, Journalism, Media. A degree would be very useful, but certainly not essential.
- Self-motivated and able to manage your own time effectively in a deadline-orientated environment
- Able to work under pressure
- Attention to detail
- IT literate (experience using basic Microsoft package is essential), experience with Adobe InDesign would be an advantage, but is not essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to think creatively and problem solve
- Able to take and action feedback from colleagues and clients
- Experience of document writing in a professional environment would be preferred
- Customer service experience is also essential
