KBS Corporate is looking for a dedicated Administrator to join our team of Document Writers.
KBS Corporate is part of K3 Capital Group. Operating from our head office in Bolton, Greater Manchester, the Group employs over 700 staff across a network of 24 UK offices with several operations overseas too. **About the Role**
**As one of our Administrators, your duties will include**:
- Making necessary amendments to IMs, updating wording, financial information and document designs
- Liaising with the relevant internal teams to ensure we capture accurate, factual information in a timely fashion
- Working to specific deadlines and managing several amendments at any one time
**About You**
- Self-motivated, with excellent time management skills
- Ability to demonstrate speed, accuracy and professionalism
- Experience of working in a deadline-orientated environment, often managing multiple projects
- Copywriting, copyediting and proofreading experience would be beneficial
- Experience in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Adobe InDesign would be ideal
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to think outside the box and problem solve
- Able to successfully interpret and action feedback from colleagues and clients
- Experience of writing in a professional environment would be preferred
- Understanding financial statutory accounts would also be an advantage
