- Previous beauty experience is essential and any retail industry/guest services experience is desirable
- Demonstrate the ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalised customer service
- Sales and Goal Oriented. Must have the ability to maintain level of sales performance
- Ability to work retail hours including days, late nights, weekends and special events
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is desirable
- Develop strong working relationships with the team, colleagues, managers and other tenants
- Help team efficiency by being flexible and taking on tasks as required
- Attend and actively participate in training meetings, virtual or at-counter
- Maintain high standards of timekeeping on the counter to ensure team efficiency
- Adhering to the Companies standards, Policies and Procedures of the role and brand
- Housekeeping regularly to maintain hygiene guidelines as defined by ELC and retailer
- Merchandise back fixtures and display counters as directed
- Complete all administration accurately, legibly and on time
- Must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the United Kingdom

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 21.5 per week

**Salary**: £9.50-£10.50 per hour
