We are currently working with a client of ours on their search for a new Trainer This role sits within a capable and collaborative team within a well-respected and fast-growing Insurance Broker, based out of their Stoke or Manchester office. Boasting the opportunity to travel to their different sites to provide and deliver face-to-face learning sessions as well as virtual training and development to develop call handling and operational skills.

As the Trainer, you will be responsible for developing teams and individuals within the wider organisation to meet business needs; Whilst ensuring that risk, compliance and budgetary guidelines are adhered to. With the ability to remain calm and focused under pressure in a fast-paced and fluid working environment, you will further support the wider team on training schemes and other initiatives.

Some of your typical accountabilities in this role would include:

- Designing and delivering classroom and blended learning sessions to the organization
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with colleagues within the different sites of the company
- Support and assist in the implementation of new initiatives through the delivery of learning
- Support coach and feedback to colleagues in their transitional phase into making customer calls
- Evaluate and report on the success and business impact of learning activities
