My client is actively seeking a Purchasing Administrator to join their highly established team on a 12 month FTC.
**SALARY: £23,000**
**LOCATION: SPALDING**
**HOURS: MONDAY TO FRIDAY 8:00AM - 5:00PM**
The role will be working in a fast paced environment where purchasing and administration is key to supplier and customer relationship building.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Act as the key point of contact for parts and warranty enquiries
- Liaise with manufacturing departments to offer quotes and part estimates
- Weekly stock ordering
- System administration
- Raise new purchase orders and send purchase orders
- Investigate invoice enquiries
- Run reports on stock and materials
This role would suit an individual with strong administration skills that have worked within a manufacturing/procurement/purchasing biased role/environment.
**The Person**:
- Experience working in a admin role
- Experience working within a procurement or purchasing environment
- Exposure to SAP (beneficial)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload
