**Job Overview**

Working in a central role, the Engineering Planning & Administration Lead will provide planning, administration and procurement services to existing operational facilities and new sites.

**What you’ll do (job tasks and responsibilities)**
- Maintenance planning and tracking in current and future systems (CMMS).
- Tracking engineering downtime & compiling a priority list of issues.
- Purchase Order placement, finance tracking & invoice queries & supplier liaison.
- Data collection/organisation for both operational and new sites.
- Tracking & supporting sites in delivering KPI’s/OKR’s.
- Supporting site induction process & contractor management.
- Supporting H&S with statutory compliance administration.
- Project tracking and reporting.
- Project planning sheets creation and updates.
- Facilitate project meetings and ownership of the action trackers.

**Skills, knowledge and experience**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including an ability to confidently and effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
- Demonstrable experience of working with Computerised Systems; Purchasing, Services & Parts Ordering. Understanding of purchasing steps to aid smooth payment by acting as a focal point between outside major contract queries & identifying accountable individual project managers or other agents within Gousto.
- Previous experience gained within a similar role preferably in an FMCG or equivalent environment.
- Competent user of MS Office and Google Docs, in particular google sheets/MS-Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- An ability to analyse data to diagnose business performance
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Desire to learn is essential; Any development skills or qualifications will be sponsored as part of this new role.
- Flexibility to travel between sites.

- Awareness of Permits to Work, COSHH, CMMS FMCG/Food background.
- IOSH Working Safely.
