At Platform we put our customers at the heart of everything we do and our Neighbourhood teams are the life and soul of the organisation. We are now excited to recruit a customer focused and highly organised individual as a Localities Operations Coordinator to join our team in Lincolnshire.
In this new role you will work alongside the Neighbourhood Officers to ensure robust case management, managing case notes and updating our Housing Management ICT System.
You’ll be a key contact and support for our customers and Neighbourhood Offices in connection with Anti
- Social Behaviour, Estate Management and other tenancy breaches. You'll have a hands-on, proactive approach to improving our neighbourhoods for everyone.

**What are some of the tasks you could you be doing as one of our Locality Operations Coordinators?**
- You will arrange appointments for Neighbourhood Officers with complainants and respondents of tenancy enforcement cases. And arrange multi-agency meetings where required.
- You’ll monitor tenancy enforcement cases by contacting the relevant individuals involved within agreed timescales and updating colleagues and systems.
- Working alongside the Neighbourhood Officer you’ll review and close when appropriate tenancy enforcement cases in line with Group policies and procedures.
- You’ll monitor and coordinate response in relation to Health and Safety compliance e.g. fire risk assessments.
- You’ll review and monitor Noise App recordings to collate evidence alongside the Neighbourhood Officer.
- And also review starter tenancies in accordance with timescales set out within the Starter Tenancy policy, complete the starter tenancy checklist and communicate outcomes to customers.
**Some things we need from you**
- You will have worked in a customer facing environment and delivered consistently good customer service.
- You’ll have experience of using Microsoft Office packages to manage work and communicate with customers and stakeholders with demonstrable experience of carrying out administrative duties in a busy environment.
- Extremely capable you will have the ability to organise and prioritise work, meet deadlines, work under pressure, and handle a number of tasks simultaneously and accurately.
- You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people, sometimes in stressful situations, establishing and maintaining effective working relationships.
- A good team worker you will have the ability to work flexibly, both on own initiative and as a team member to achieve common goals.
- Can take personal responsibility for delivering an excellent service to meet the needs of customer in line with Platform’s values and behaviours
- And have the ability to work towards set targets and understand the importance of achieving Key Performance Indicators.
