As well as working alongside our fantastic hiring managers to fill vacancies, you will have the opportunity to lead on projects that will help us transform the business into the employer of choice in the cosmetics and beauty industry.

We, _The Gel Bottle_, are award winners, a high growth, SME, beauty industry business selling nail gel polish and associated products to the nail industry and to end-consumers. With a large warehouse in Shoreham on Sea and a head-office in Brighton. Our business and our teams are always in very rapid growth, and we need to keep the business always topped-up with great newly recruited talent in all roles ranging from Creative and Marketing people, to support functions like Finance and IT, and everywhere in between. We are hugely successful, whilst still relatively young and very fast changing. This is a really exciting time to be part of our story.

**The Role**:

- End to end recruitment support for hiring managers across all functional areas
- Write creative and engaging content for job adverts and attraction channels - keeping it fresh and relevant
- Work with LinkedIn and Indeed and any other attraction channels to ensure we are getting maximum value and impact from our attraction channels
- Provide and maintain key metrics for recruitment at TGB including cost per hire, time to hire and source effectiveness

**Essential Requirements**:

- Bright, personable and interested in people and the brand. Able to reflect the brand values in all respects.
- Extensive experience in an in house or agency based recruitment role
- A curiosity for all things Talent Acquisition based including but not limited to ATS technology, employer branding, Glassdoor and interview techniques/best practice
