The Role
This is a remote and field-based position that requires travel to various sites. As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Proactive Sourcing: Utilize various channels to attract high-quality candidates, including job boards, professional networks, and referrals.
- Candidate Assessment: Review CVs, conduct phone screenings, and schedule interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Support to the Head of People: Collaborate with the Head of People on key HR projects, ensuring seamless execution and excellent outcomes.
