**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the Senior Authorised Person for high and low voltage electrical systems.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee operational and maintenance activities on electrical systems to ensure reliability and efficiency.
- Carry out and supervise switching operations, issue safety documentation, and ensure that all electrical work is performed safely and competently.
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and external contractors to ensure the timely completion of projects.
- Conduct risk assessments and method statements for planned electrical works.
- Provide technical support and training to team members and ensure they are competent in their roles.
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate records of electrical operations and incidents.
- Stay updated with industry developments, new technologies, and changes in regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Qualified to at least HNC/HND in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Senior Authorised Person with authorisation for HV and LV systems.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, distribution networks, and associated regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

**Desirable**:

- Experience working within UK Power Networks' EPN region.
- Certification in Health and Safety management (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH).
